Very bad for long term association. Salary increments very low and there is very low job security as they can ask you to leave when they think that they don't able to bring us projects.

I have been working here for the past 6 months in Varicent ICM domain. Team is super supportive and it's really a great place to work.

My only concern is there will be not much opportunities in the ICM domain. Limited number of projects are available.

Nothing, the management is bull shit, policies are worst. Not safe environment to work.

No Salary, OTs are paid as in like they are paying for labour 500 or 800 maximum. To a AM/TL agent level it is even worst.

1. While interviewing candidates they will give false claims that allowances will be given, food card will be given, we are following hybrid working model. But nothing is true.
