Set of people sit in every unit as a political mob, take away hard work of people who really work, present as their work and pick up benefits The hard workers leave after realising this and they will be filled with new set of people. This cycle is continuing for last 25 years and hence the company did not grow like cognizant, which was started in same year

Hexaware BPS: Company is solely focused on business and has no consideration for the employees. They just change the take home salary anytime they want, after you join the company. HRs should be a mediator if there is any conflict between managers and employees, but here HRs will be personal errand boys to the managers and team leads.

The only aspect I enjoy about this company are the two days off each week. However, I have significantly improved my soft skills, including customer handling and problem-solving.

The HR team here is the worst I have encountered in my career. They inquired about our problems two months ago, yet we are still facing the same issues. Additionally, we are not allowed to take other leaves, such as combo or paid leaves, even when we have informed them in advance.

The HR systems and policies are worst as per HR US project folks are required to come to office during the day even if you don't have work and work with clients in graveyard shifts without any extra pay for overtime also they don't have a night shift first you to come to office.
