Hexaware is one of the most terrible companies to work with. They don't have long term projects. They have short term projects which last for 3months or 4 months and immediately they put us on bench and treat us terribly. One more highlight is the competency leads. Oh my god! What do I even tell about them? They will totally deceiveus in the name of helping us elevate our career. They will say that they sent our profiles to 100+ accounts which is not at all true, and they will tie up with internal project leads who does interview by telling them to wantedly ask tough questions to the candidates and fail them in the interview. Like that they do for 3-5 times max and then they say that they have given us umteen number of opportunities but we didn't prove ourselves and they will ask to leave the company. Some competency leads will nominate us to various irrelevant trainings again in the name of elevating our careers. They will ask us to update our profiles and send. After sending, there won't be any call from them. At the nick of the moment, they will say "Boss, we gave 5 opportunities to you in your core skills but you didn't clear the interviews but still we took risk, held you back and nominated for other trainings. But then we didn't receive response from the projects as we expected, so we couldn't map you to projects. So now your LWD is so and so. We will pay 3 months basic salary as per the organization's policy." This is what they say. Totally stupid... Cunning fellows. So, don't join Hexaware at all. Over all ok as a company But one important point though it has a system were freshee get into projects based on there performance during training like developer, testing , bi, etc. Domains. Which most mns dont have that system there you will get allocated to competency in a lottery system. But in hexa you will be given based on your merit .
