The initial training was good. Hackethons are good.

Dislikes

Domain allocation is not based on skills it is always luck basis. Your capabilities on particular domain will be neglected. Most of the managers try to force candidate to adjust and work on technology that they have given rather than one which he is good at. Senior management are not helpful. If you try hard to change your domain you'll get a threat to pay the bond amount and leave the company. Honestly very bad experience as a freshman here....Read More
