I don't like working here because of poor management and most of the freshers here are on bond. So they burnout then without any second thoughts.

Dislikes

I don't like working here because they hire frehsers on bond. After then they don't give any appraisals thinking person anyhow not going to leave because of bond. For me it was 3 year bond.
