Not faced anything as such in my 2 years experience.

Poor job security during Covid. They fired many employees in bench. Narrow minded top management, they ask you for company feedback but they don't take it positively, they take it very personal. Cab reimbursement policy got removed for employees who travel during afternoon say 12 pm.

Dislikes

They don't have proper hike during appraisal process. They pay well for new employees but they forget to provide hike for existing employees.
