It's a friendly environment in the company. The job provides satisfaction that u r not wasting your time. There's incentive just to be there every day. Team lead are very friendly, managers too. Barely would you find someone with ego issues. Overall it's an awesome company. The package they provide for fresher's is wonderful. And then also for the experienced.
