Salary Delay and no Salary for last month, no HR communication at all after you join at client location. No one to look after in case you are in any kind of trouble. There is no Job security. Pathetic experience.

They hire, deploy you at client location and forget. Their HR won't entertain any query. Finally you suffer from Job Security.
