This is a fraud company does not exist anywhere. No office nothing. This is available only in internet website but not on earth. Even company is not registered with CIN number. Means no corporate ID. They gives salary to employee according to theirs choice some times mid of the month and sometimes after 2 months. They will deduct tax also from salary also but they will fill your tax to income tax department. GST number is taken with other name Step forward Development centre on that address where the owner is living on rent in 1rk. and according to address if you will try to find this so you will reach in Mayom hospital south city 1 Gurgaon....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
