There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't saport our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow

The job is quite good interesting Struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
