A very good company to work for. the most interesting thing is that the management is very supportive, which helps team work well together. The work environment is positive and the offer good hike if you're in talent acquisition. It's a great place where you can start your carrier and grow in positive way.

The only thing i dislike about the company is that they will not allow you go out during office hours. you're in for 9 hours

Too much work pressure they will ask you to deliver result from the second day of joining. Alot of office politics and playing favourite, you gotta be a Butterfly girl to service in here. No professionalism absolutely NOT, they don't have a working structure, no HR tools , it won't be wrong calling this company a LA LA company. Company’s macro management is not good. Salaries are not credited on time. There is no one to take responsibility of the leaves balances. Even if you have balance with you they can deduct it from your salary and you need to raise multiple concerns in order to get it resolved.
