Noting at all they just flaunt their infrastructure which is not at all that good. They compare their work culture and company with Google and Amazon and the truth is they are no where near to these good brands

* Work pressure in just one week of joining. *Hiring for Corporate HR profile and then giving work as a caller. ( Highly unprofessional) *Giving threat to people that they will be terminated from the position if they didn't give any profitable business to the company within 15 days of joining. Overall one of the worst experience.

The list is quite long. Top Management is pathetic. They cut salaries for being late. Not considerate at all. You will never receive salary on time. There’s no bonus. Washrooms are dirty and food is unhygienic. It’s like a jail you can’t step out of the office. Only join this org if you are in a dire need of a job. If you think youcan get a job someplace as well then skip joining this org. People who are excelling in this company are doing cheap work for someone otherwise no senior person has actual skills here. It is better to stay unemployed than working at this disastrous company. Third class management. Salaries are always late (after 10-12th of every month) In July people got their salary on 18th. They have hired & fire model.

The company is having no job security they hire 15 freshers and fire them in after 3 days because they are not having process to run. Noone give the proper training . They are spiling freshers career office is full of politics
