There is honestly nothing to like about Head Field Solutions except its interior, which the owner, Kunal Jaggi, always brags about. They say they have the best office in Noida, while MNCs laugh in the corner.

The work culture is so ugly, Kunal Jaggi does not know how to talk. The company is so old yet no one has been working there for more than 3 years except Sonia Sapra who is very beautiful but trust me she is just a sugar-coated poison. I hope someone from Head Field reads this but I saw Shristi (Business head) talking badly about Sonia. Everybody hates each other...I can't forget about the day when Kunal shouted at Akriti Khera and said "TUM MERE NAAM PAR BILL KAAT RAHI HO"... nahi ho raha business to chord de bhai kyu bakiyo ki zindagi barbaad krrha.. There is some transportation issues which can be improved like can routes and cab drivers. Cab security is must when you are working in night shift so there must be some security assurance.

A very good company to work for. the most interesting thing is that the management is very supportive, which helps team work well together. The work environment is positive and the offer good hike if you're in talent acquisition. It's a great place where you can start your carrier and grow in positive way.
