What I dislike about working at Buzzworks is the poor management at the Hyderabad office, where employees often feel undervalued. There is a lack of work-life balance, and unprofessional behavior is common, including the use of inappropriate language and disrespectful communication (AREY). Additionally some management display a superiority complex, with loud, disruptive behavior that undermines a professional work environment.
