Filthy politics. The management is horrible and is not at all supportive. My manager makes the team to work on Saturday and Sunday as well. And we are underpaid and threatened. Soon I will be going to the labour court to file a complaint on them. Don't ever join this company.

What I appreciate most about working at Buzzworks is that timely salary disbursement, ensuring financial security by receiving it on the last working day each month. What I dislike about working at Buzzworks is the poor management at the Hyderabad office, where employees often feel undervalued. There is a lack of work-life balance, and unprofessional behavior is common, including the use of inappropriate language and disrespectful communication (AREY).
