The list is quite long. Top Management is pathetic. They cut salaries for being late. Not considerate at all. You will never receive salary on time. There’s no bonus. Washrooms are dirty and food is unhygienic. It’s like a jail you can’t step out of the office. Only join this org if you are in a dire need of a job. If you think you can get a job someplace as well then skip joining this org<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. It's a nice place for freshers to work. This position requires one to be multi skilled. One can learn lot of things from here.

Dislikes

No proper training and no dedicated trainer or a support. It's just you get trained while you are working. Office politics? Yes it is there. People are friendly here but has double standards and not real to your face. This company has all the drawbacks that any other company has. There is no proper management for cab arrangements <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. No body cares if you are learning anything but the assigned job has to be completed</mark>. So it's as same as any other company. Employees faces challenges and company tries to lessen it by allotting freshers and other newly joined to cover up for the existing employees. Work load is more, makes us lie to every other client that we give interview for to get selected and so we can also have our own clients to work for. From Work load is more, what I mean is, one is suppose to take minimum 5 clients be it full time or part time and work for them. They treat employees like Donkeys.. no one can develop their skills here. If you just want to do timepass and have parties then go for this 3rd class company.
