I enjoyed working with my team as i had the confident in moulding new teak members and that was the reason i always was in top leader board since i joined. Thats y i holded with Hdfc for long as i loved my profile .i enjoyed my profile. I have a competitive mind.

Dislikes

I was the top in quality wise and quantity wise leader board even was good in handling grievances escalation including ombudsman and MD escalated cases however my boss whom i was reporting never used to give me hike since i joined except one time i got 1000 Rs increment. I never complained till 7 years like boys over there because ineeded a job and was happy with my profile. My boss was not aware of any product knowledge and the server related also she wasnt much aware. Her boss always supports what ever she says. The work which she didnt like high end escalated cases she used to put in my head which i have cleared from my side. I had complained to HR regarding she not giving me good rating and always she mentally made me harassed. I had shown my all reports since the joining year to HR however he and her boss stood with her .so these kind of intolerance are happening which has affected me and my family and my health...Read More
