Every coin has two sides and same stands for life @ HDFC . These monetary benefits, incentives comes at a cost. Work life balance is poor. Work updates through WhatsApp is kind of irritating and affects your peace of mind. Holidays and leaves are a problem. Pressure is immense and emotionally draining at times.
