Every coin has two sides and same stands for life @ HDFC . These monetary benefits, incentives comes at a cost. Work life balance is poor. Work updates through WhatsApp is kind of irritating and affects your peace of mind. Holidays and leaves are a problem. Pressure is immense and emotionally draining at times.

Work tends to be hectic, exhausting but learning is immense. They are very supportive in terms of providing trainings if and when needed.
