Over all good to be here... We all know that whenever there is a positive side also has a negative side.. but hdfc never let their employees to stay back... always try to raise their employees satisfaction and customer service..

Non supportive team and management. Management not resolved our job problems. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quit interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste pf different roles within the same team
