No timely appraisal and no appreciation on work. RnR are always a bluff those who do buttering will be nominated. Despite of working extra apart from work hours you might hear you don't deserve this job or designation Team Leaders and management are least bothered about employees and only care for fu..ing revenue. Full of people whodon't even know how to behave with Senior and trying to create unhealthy environment at workplace SME and team leaders are biased specialty when it come to their performance they start begging to leave a responsibility which u are bound with Raising complaints against people who are not doing right things is not acceptable by managers and so call management people. Company don't bother about attrition and the company which doesn't bother about it is not employe centric. They should hire managers from top B schools or MNCs only who understand MNC culture cause current managers, PM came from lala companies have zero leadership skills and only knows micromanagement and focus on controlling.

The work life balance at BSERV was very poor. No Job Security... They have 25 reasons for putting a candidate to Bench apart from their poor performance. There is no work satisfaction and timely recognition. Also no timely promotions, there is no growth timely.

Performance Recognition was not there for truely deserved candidates. No Work-Life Balance. Poor Salary Package for BSERV Employees Very Pathetic manual oriented Performance Management System where RM's can do and write anything without justice to candidates. Auditors are thrown out to Bench once the audit cycle is over due to some or other reason by RM's. The Organization culture has been infected by senior executives who are more than 10 years at HCL, they take decisions haphazard Cally without data backup. There was worst IJP process followed, I was moved to Kalyan Appakka team and completed the training for 2 months, post training client was asking me to work full night shift which I denied due to health reasons, client suddenly threw me out of the project, and I was placed at Bench and HR also did not support me. HCLTech gives you a job security and you get to learn a lot of new aspect of your work in every single thing you do.

It doesn’t give timely appraisal and when it gives you a hike for the sake of appraisal it comes around to be nothing. Company culture is very laid back and you can feel the politics in every department of your work. HRs there are the biggest liars you would come across

Nothing it's a worst company, there is no work culture. Mangment are worst ,they ruin the carrier of employees, upper managment never listen to employee problem,they pip use as a tool the ruin the employees carrier, hcl is the worst and awful company, manager creat a conspiracy in the office and remove pepole from the office.

Only job security is a pro in HCLTech, unless you are someone with 15-20 years of experience at some management level.

Hardly any projects, only support projects are there. Skill development is poor. Pathetic salary hikes. Appraisal cycle will be postponed without any reason.

It is an amazing company with a good work culture. Provides a healthy environment. When talking about increment & salary hike it doesn't justifies the name it has. Very poor policy when you'll talk about increment from your HR Partner he would don't even reply to that.
