Overall HR @hcl doesn't work employee are left at the mercy of RM. Last the atleast the Hikes are average 4 to 5% in which almost 50% goes to your bonus which is paid out end of year

No body interferes Because no body cares what you are doing. All depends on the client feedback.
List is huge There is no proper timeline for increment letters Every year they change the effective date of the increment Manager only listens if there is client escalation Management are super busy they dont ping back on your chats Management does not have the clear answer on any thing. They dont care if employee is satisfied or not.

Cannot start they give promotions without a hike i got 1% for top rating my reportee whom i gave promotion and top rating got 26 rs in a year increment.This is a lala company trust me if you stay here for longer term you will not be able to fight inflation even.

There are very few and supporting leaders in the company.
No work life balance. No proper estimation and unrealistic targets which in turn affect the employees working timings without any allowance. We are forced to work in weekends to meet the target. Only 3% hike when the company can sponsor for cricket. HR doesn't support employees but rather support the leadership. One thing only that no one cares about you mean to say when are you coming or going to office...now it's upon you takes it positive or negative....HCLT or Wipro these companies are kind of Desi companies...if u r 3.1 + above band then 15-20 % salary they will make as bonus and wipe out
No salary increase from past 2 years, its luck for you if your manager hear your query, also 1-2 years of experience HR will be top of your head doesn't matter how much experienced you are
