If u serve almost 18 months will not get variable pay.If planning to join ask fixed package. WLB will depend on client to clients.

RM will not resolve any issue . Work life balance always depending on client. Any time if you will resign u will not get performance bonus. I resigned in 18 months they stopped my variable pay for complete 18 months.

there is no growth, you need to serve 3 months which basically stop you to move better opportunity, if you need growth and future plans never join this mediocre company..I even know all this but tempted for the package.. please never join if you want growth.

*18 leaves per annual. 2 casual leaves,11 sick leaves and 5 five restricted holidays. *No or worst appraisal. *Zero work life balance if you work at clients side. *Worst hr and manager. You barely expect response in 3 or 4 days for you queries sometimes not. * customer first employee second kindly of culture.

When you work in Chennai you have to be a tamilian or else no one cares if meetings or anywhere. Manager also speaks in tamil since majority of people are tamilians. Salary you can't expect if u join newly. Promotions and appraisals you cant even reach that so forget about it.

This is the most honest reflection of my experience at HCLTech. One area for improvement at HCLTech is the transparency in management processes. Despite receiving positive feedback during performance reviews, employees may unexpectedly be placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), as I experienced after nearly three years of service. Additionally, there can be inconsistencies in HR processes, where HR may reference negative feedback from managers, even when the PIP portal reflects positive reviews. This misalignment between management and HR creates confusion and diminishes trust. Moreover, the tendency toward micromanagement can limit employee independence and growth. Furthermore, most projects at HCLTech are focused on tech support. If you are an experienced developer looking to continue in a development role, it is advisable not to join. Managers may mislead you by claiming that you will be part of a development project, only to assign you to 24/7 support projects in rotational shifts, with the expectation of being available 24/7....Read More

After being a high performer for the last 3 years, I can say that at HCL you will have only 2 things: job security and supportive colleagues.

No increment, even if you are a very hardworking or top performer here; they really don't care.
