Job security excellent Appraisal Not so good Onsite opportunity very less and for only manager Infrastructure is very good

Dislikes

Less appraisal Management doesn't allow you to switch technology and project that easily. AMP bonus , remember you will give a 1-2 lac when you will be leaving HCL. Highly disappointed with this .

It’s a federal structure, everything goes with big approval process which will kills time and subsequent fly resource start enjoying the delay in everything. No recognization and not a single year appraisal happen on time .
