Intermediate qualified people work in PMOs and recruiting, they question and ask our weekly updates, pathetic experience. Increments are given only for every two years and that 0 to 3%. Favorism for promotions and surprise bonuses. Unrealistic demand for contribution to Value portal, just to meet the management targets. The upper management is terrible, they only want employees to come office daily and work, no extra curricular activities work life balance is not at good and they pay very less according to market standards, they treat freshers as their slave particularly in Unilever account which is located in Bangalore Jigani

The management is biased and creating a shit of a good organization. No appraisals. No recognition. No growth. Only the management is growing by cost cutting and throwing people out of the organisation. Better to join a small organisation as there is no job security here also now.

There is nothing to like, only they cutoff from your salary. They give 5% hike & add 4% variable into that hike. So basically you can't do anything, even hr nothing helps.

-No hikes, -Multiple way to deduct your salary, tons for variables in your salary break-up & even hr can't change into this. -If you try to connect hr, you need to take as challange because you can't hr, you add literally add complete hierarchy to get response from them. No, nothing any thing. Ni growth, no timely appraisal, no bonus and night shift allowances, no promotion. I had worked for HCL around 4 yrs but in this over all experience only 35k incremental.

Don't expected growth, salary, appraisal, promotion if any one join this organization. They are not give on time appraisal, also not give the ariaer.

While I truly appreciate the opportunities and growth I've experienced at my company, one challenge I've noticed is the occasional overlap in responsibilities when working on smaller teams. However ,this has also taught me valuable skills in adaptability and cross-functional collaboration, which I consider a strength moving forward.

Pathetic company. Never join HCL and in case you have to then leave within 2-3 years maximum

Nothing is there to like. Initially job security was a benifit now they are making increasing efforts to make sure all experienced employees leave and they fill all positions with interns and freshers for a salary of less than 15k month

For learning and experience this is good company.

Dislikes

Negligible appraisal. No promotions . There is no standard of giving salary. Junior employee in same team with lower band could have higher salary than senior with upper band. They do not give any goodies on Diwali/new year. They do not give any money on referrals. Just the extra miles points.
