No structured process HRs doesn't respond to your queries L4 head people are also not responsive to the queries No salary hike for the internal band change No much hikes even if you get top rating You are not treated properly when you are on bench Not employee friendly No encouragement for onsite. Just upskilling for the client purpose but no opportunities

Great place to work. Simplicity in managing things through mobile app by giving flexible environment for employees. Safe guarding employees in their emergencies like pandemic situations.

HCL is one of the best and secured organization. Mgmt and DU heads will support and encourage to learn and grow yourself in latest technologies. HCL cares about their employees. Every day you will be prompted or u will get message about health & Covid-19 status.

Dislikes

No one Dislike HCL. But my point of view is HCL need to rethink of Pay/Salary policies.
