HCL is firing people by raising PIP. Hence there is no job security and no hike since last 2 years and reducing the current salary for last few months. Don’t ever join HCL.

Is the market for support agents dead right now... Have been trying to get a callback related to remote desktop support positions as well as incident management process. Any suggestion or help would be appreciated 👍 Update- I have started getting calls now, just 8 days left .. hopeful I wouldn't be empty handed.
