There is absolutely no care for employees which work hard and put efforts, the management tries to extract everything from the employee but in return gets only ill treatment and no recognition. You will see no progress in terms of growth.

However, a huge chunk of the offered CTC has gone into variable components(EPB bonus, performance bonus). Can you guys please share if hcltech pays the EPB bonus fully/ Month?
