No hike despite working and giving 100%. Annual hikes will be deferred and even if the rating is high, annual bonus which is shown as variable pay in offer letter will never be close to 90%

I had a disappointing experience due to several issues: - There are lots of communication gaps within the organization. - Despite being hired for a role that matched my skill set, I was assigned to a project completely unrelated to my experience, forcing me to work in a completely different domain. - The leaders lack leadership qualities and often act like dictators. - There is no transparency between teams. - Some managers lack the necessary knowledge and understanding to effectively lead. - Although the role was supposed to be hybrid, I was forced to come back to the office five days a week....Read More

HCL Tech Offer Evaluation

I would like to request you all for your valued advice on how is HCL tech as a company. I have been offered consultant role & have received a 30 % hike. However, a huge chunk of the offered CTC has gone into variable components(EPB bonus, performance bonus). Can you guys please share if hcltech pays the EPB bonus fully/ Month? How is the job security for mid-level experienced employees?
