Growth opportunity is limited and slow, appraisals are always delayed and hike is below industry standard.

Salary, Career growth. Bringing Intermediate/12th class qualified people when there is so much unemployment in the market. Intermediate qualified people work in PMOs and recruiting, they question and ask our weekly updates, pathetic experience. Increments are given only for every two years and that 0 to 3%. Favorism for promotions and surprise bonuses. Unrealistic demand for contribution to Value portal, just to meet the management targets. Recruitment team is worst and not mapping resources correctly. Claim process is very slow. You can not expect work life balance and they expect us to work 365 days. No holiday

The upper management is terrible, they only want employees to come office daily and work, no extra curricular activities work life balance is not at good and they pay very less according to market standards, they treat freshers as their slave particularly in Unilever account which is located in Bangalore Jigani

No, nothing any thing. Ni growth, no timely appraisal, no bonus and night shift allowances, no promotion. I had worked for HCL around 4 yrs but in this over all experience only 35k incremental.

Don't expected growth, salary, appraisal, promotion if any one join this organization. They are not give on time appraisal, also not give the ariaer.

While I truly appreciate the opportunities and growth I've experienced at my company, one challenge I've noticed is the occasional overlap in responsibilities when working on smaller teams. However ,this has also taught me valuable skills in adaptability and cross-functional collaboration, which I consider a strength moving forward.

Pathetic company. Never join HCL and in case you have to then leave within 2-3 years maximum

Nothing is there to like. Initially job security was a benifit now they are making increasing efforts to make sure all experienced employees leave and they fill all positions with interns and freshers for a salary of less than 15k month

Negligible appraisal. No promotions . There is no standard of giving salary. Junior employee in same team with lower band could have higher salary than senior with upper band. They do not give any goodies on Diwali/new year. They do not give any money on referrals. Just the extra miles points.

1. Health cover of 5 lac with room cap limit of 5 thousand in ncr location. And there is copay as well for dependent. 2. Policies are created with respect to employer benefit like Engagement monthly bonus which they cut on monthly basis even if you have 9 score out of 10. 3. Not good hikes and generally at 3 and 4%. 4. HR has no role.
