Poor work culture and bad work environment for especially female in my case I was having medical emergency buy management was not giving me permission to wfh they ask me to come to office I got miscarriage twice I was recommended by doctor to proper bed rest but doctor my manager’s tone was different he said either come to office or resign from your job even HR don’t bother

In HCL there is health checkup done every year which I really found good .they will keep a track of your health and deit including your dental care so this is the only best thing I found in HCL

HCL seems to be like corporate but most of the process HCL have is same like BPO 24*7 work environment. they will not consider abouts your health issue if your working in 24*7 environment also the HR and management are same if you will raise any concern to HR they will ask you to deal with management I would really not recommend any specially female employees to join HCL .worst company

Management hardly bothetmrs about people below DU BU Head. Very low increament i support function, whereas giving lavish increaments to hold people in sales and projects who show hidden fist to leave company. 2.15%appraisil when I was in Support function. Cost Cutting obsessed company gone to the level of insanity. This happens when you give the command of the Ship to Novice like Roshni Nadar.. Who in recent past has kicked out Top Brass employees at her whims. ESaT scores will never give a true picture as everyone is scared to loose job in already bad job market.
