if you want salary satisfaction and promotion machanism, i can directly say this is not the right company, because here apparaisal model will be followed yearly, and you wont get more thn 6%hike max.. and there are several politics in promotion & Hike, even HR plays well in employee career.. pls think abt your personal growth and take your own decesion.

HCL Tech Offer Evaluation

I would like to request you all for your valued advice on how is HCL tech as a company. I have been offered consultant role & have received a 30 % hike. However, a huge chunk of the offered CTC has gone into variable components(EPB bonus, performance bonus). Can you guys please share if hcltech pays the EPB bonus fully/ Month? How is the job security for mid-level experienced employees?
