There is not timing login and logout time restrictions when you go physically to work. But they have a tool to make sure you worked 8 hours a day. Which is good.

Dislikes

The managers don't know how to control their mouth. They talk like how a government employee will misbehave. And HRs are puppets of the managers and DU heads. Very poor env to work. Give you 150% they will treat like you did only 50% and influence your performance bonus badly. Managers take it personally if you talk against their mistake on their face.

No Salary hikes, no promotions, no value for the head wor, appraisal process is worst process I feel like it is a scam to escape hikes. Salary will not at all depends on rating, no use if you get Distinction performance or Exceptional performance, no good projects, no growth, even freshers will get good salary than experienced, difference college people get different hikes for freshers if you are coming from top colleges you will get good salary when you join as freshers...Read More

1: CTC structure is very bad. 2: Poor management and unrealistic expectation like service-based companies. 3: No sick leave policy and less leaves. 4: They don't give work relevant to your resume. 5: 10 % variable component to attain expectation is to work in night and weekend. 6: overall it looks like Product base, but it is service based only.

there is no growth, you need to serve 3 months which basically stop you to move better opportunity, if you need growth and future plans never join this mediocre company..I even know all this but tempted for the package.. please never join if you want growth.

You don’t even get welcome kit when you join the company. No Diwali gift hampers and nothing. Almost 20% goes to variable pay and this has many conditions and you end up getting less variable pay. The yearly hikes are very very less you will get 1% or 2% and sometimes you get a appraisal letter at the year end and it will be writtenas no changes in your compensation, so no hike for you for complete year. Not a collabrative environment. We can't talk freely with managers for newperson coming to team It is like school when attending meeting even uncomfortable situation they making us to on video. Or else it will be escalated or absent in meeting like that. All are managers not easy to communicate. The appraisal is not happening within the mentioned time and i have not received the 2023-2024 financial year hike yet. Additionally no one from the HR team has communicated about this. However, the performance pay is being deducted every quarter on time, based on the quarterly rating

1.salary hike will be policy says March to March but they will give hike on November or December. 2.There will be no appreciation how ever your work good in client. 3.Yearly hike will be min - 1% to max -5% 4.variable pay if you get rating of 8.9 out of 10 quarterly pay out will be 60%. 5.Dewali they never give any gifts or any sweets to employees. 6. They never supports the employee.
