Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA based on the experience.

Job Description: Senior Facility Executive Global Workplace Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effective IFMS vendor governance and regular performance review includes (Housekeeping, Pest control, Indoor plants, Mailroom & Waste management)

• Attending to all employee queries and escalations related to IFMS or GWS operations.

• Co-ordination with builder teams for any operations requirement.

• Manage events and client visits of the site.

• Co-ordinate with sourcing for local procurement.

• Regular coordination of LL teams to ensure smooth functioning of the site operations.

• Participate in internal and external audits related to GWS operations.

• Documentations and MIS.

• Managing cafe and pantry services.

• Manage courier, mailroom and logistics.

• Key management.

Inter-personal competencies:

• Strong quantitative skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
