Being a new comer employee to HCL Tech gurugram, its going to be tough for me now. Its been one full month since I gave Walk in interview. And the operation interview I gave was on 28 November 2024. Its been approx 20 days and My joining date has not came yet. Earlier my joining date was 9 December 2024 but then it extended but I don't know till when. No update and nothing. Recruitment team is worst and not mapping resources correctly. Claim process is very slow. You can not expect work life balance and they expect us to work 365 days. No holiday

The management is biased and creating a shit of a good organization. No appraisals. No recognition. No growth. Only the management is growing by cost cutting and throwing people out of the organisation. Better to join a small organisation as there is no job security here also now.

Company don't bother about attrition and the company which doesn't bother about it is not employe centric. They should hire managers from top B schools or MNCs only who understand MNC culture cause current managers, PM came from lala companies have zero leadership skills and only knows micromanagement and focus on controlling.

The work life balance at BSERV was very poor. No Job Security... They have 25 reasons for putting a candidate to Bench apart from their poor performance. There is no work satisfaction and timely recognition. Also no timely promotions, there is no growth timely.

Performance Recognition was not there for truely deserved candidates. No Work-Life Balance. Poor Salary Package for BSERV Employees Very Pathetic manual oriented Performance Management System where RM's can do and write anything without justice to candidates. Auditors are thrown out to Bench once the audit cycle is over due to some or other reason by RM's. The Organization culture has been infected by senior executives who are more than 10 years at HCL, they take decisions haphazard Cally without data backup. There was worst IJP process followed, I was moved to Kalyan Appakka team and completed the training for 2 months, post training client was asking me to work full night shift which I denied due to health reasons, client suddenly threw me out of the project, and I was placed at Bench and HR also did not support me. It will not roll out because of insufficient balance in HCLTECH.) 4. No transparency in HR Communication (Including Onboarding) 5. No benefits for employees below E2.2 band.

Only job security is a pro in HCLTech, unless you are someone with 15-20 years of experience at some management level.

Dislikes

Hardly any projects, only support projects are there. Skill development is poor. Pathetic salary hikes. Appraisal cycle will be postponed without any reason.

It is an amazing company with a good work culture. Provides a healthy environment. When talking about increment & salary hike it doesn't justifies the name it has. Very poor policy when you'll talk about increment from your HR Partner he would don't even reply to that.

There is nothing to like, only they cutoff from your salary. They give 5% hike & add 4% variable into that hike. So basically you can't do anything, even hr nothing helps.

-No hikes, -Multiple way to deduct your salary, tons for variables in your salary break-up & even hr can't change into this. -If you try to connect hr, you need to take as challange because you can't hr, you add literally add complete hierarchy to get response from them.
