HCL has shown pro-activeness while taking all necessary steps as far as this pandemic is concerned. They made sure that wfh is implemented at the earliest and all IT services were provided remotely. WFH transition was absolutely smooth. However, regarding return to office, it seems HCL is way to early as compared to its peers.
