My manager was good in communication to me. I did not stay for.long in this company. Just 6 months since fake promise of onsite done to me so I left immediately.

Fake promises of onsite. They promised me Dubai onsite before joining n joined without much hike. Then they made me to join in India n said it will take time.to process visa n all but onsite manager said.this role is offsite only. CTC they offered and hand on salary was not same. HR shared information will joining was not matches with giving benefits. Leave policy was not satisfied. Managers are not giving free hand learn new technology. Managers are not rude but they always give new tasks.

Everything including culture, work life, salary, promotion. They won't pay variable pay. Unnecessary deductions in salary with no reason. If we ask They will not respond but close the ticket telling policy without telling what policy says.

Culture and office politics and management. System don’t work properly then they can to do compensate without overtime. Their have 10hrs work policy and if doing from home ask to extend the shift if not doing then giving bad rating in appraisals.
