Everything including culture, work life, salary, promotion. They won't pay variable pay. Unnecessary deductions in salary with no reason. If we ask They will not respond but close the ticket telling policy without telling what policy says.

Some project having good work life balance. Most of the projects are long term so don’t have that much pressure of work.

If we are looking for cool life then its good.. Work culture is good we can easily balance the prof and personal life.

Their have 10hrs work policy and if doing from home ask to extend the shift if not doing then giving bad rating in appraisals.
