I like the benefits, they have many but must know how to use it.
HCl work on managers. Manager is everything in HCL. Even if they have policy, unless manager approves it you cannot do anything. HCL managers are least bothered about their subordinates and their team. They only come to take the credit. Almost 95% of employee work on client location...HCL has very less in-house projects. And they also do not provide cab or shuttle facility for client locations.
