I regret working here only reason I am here is because I can't take the risk of leaving right now. CTO recently fired 50% of the backend team because he was frustrated with his own work. The company lacks leadership, PRs get merged without review, there is no vision. You interact with the CTO only when shit hits the fan other than that he works as senior dev and is only focused on writing his own code. The sales of the product are declining, literally 0 customer retention only some new customers join because the CEO is a very good salesman. As a Engineering Analytics platform their data is not reliable riddled with inconsistencies which get highlighted by customers multiple time. tldr; if someone knows how to work with google sheets they don't need the company's product....Read More
