Micro management. Abysmal HR department & medical insurance policy. Only manual testing projects, so No learning and growth. PIPs are often based on "linguistics" rather than actual work. Real good seniors have already left, only seniors guys left are those who are not good enough to crack a new job elsewhere.

No good hikes. Huge politics. No support for real talent. Bad buildings. Maintenance is too worst. Every day maintaining works are happening. Worst admin team management and behaviour. Totally this company is not a right place to work.

I didn't like anything at all. They deployed me to a client PineLabs and they terminated without any prior notice and also didn't pay for the last month salary saying I was not deployed to any project in the last month. Worst experience of my career till now!

Lots of politics and favouring. There are ppl who are in the organisation since last ten years and think they own the company!!! No gender diversity, Infact you will face gender discrimination by the technical architect who will try dominating you and shout at you during the calls .No action will be taken .

- Depends on the project as always. - Personally I felt supportive collogues and good team to work with. - Udemy account access for professional development. - Very unlikely to get laid off as per my knowledge

- Again depends on the project, team and manager. - Less chance to shift across the projects. So if you end up in legacy project, learn by yourself and look outside. - Below average increments after listing public. - Food court and very less option for food near by.

Very poor work environment and don’t expect that people will help you on work prospective. 3. You are high paid salary then they will try to raise Performance issue means no job security. 4. The only thing I like is unlike my project, other projects have a very good flexibility for the employees. They only have to do 4 hours of work on working days. Whereas my project needs me to login at 11:30 and logout at 9:30 PM.

what I don't like about this company is that there is no scope for the role change. I wanted to be a developer as I have a very good knowledge in that domain, but due to the company requirements, they gave me the role of tester, which honestly I don't like.
