Salary hikes are very poor . Again in actual salary they will cut down too many aspects that hike will doesn’t matter with existing salary and increased will become almost the same .

Very good work-life balance, managers are understandable. They will listen your concerns and usually agree. out of 5 2 days work from home. On request . u can go for 3 weeks WFH also . like on festive seasons

Some projects are very hectic. but still Work life balance is maintained. But in those hectic projects. You will observe lot of politics. This is a medium company. With big ambition.

Good company, I liked the culture of company. Management is also good. In few projects work life balance is there.

Work life balance is not there in most of the projects, since most of the client from USA, so we have to be available till late night to attend calls.

Company is ran by family of Mindtree people at management level. Who are not doing anything other than politics. They will allocate employees into project that doesn't matches with your skills Huge politics and you won't get any support from team members They will allocate in some project and if manager is not happy with you personally they will fire you Just an hire and fire company Don't blindly beleive on Glassdoor star ratings. Few executives are hired to write good reviews and they report the less rated review and that review will be removed from Glassdoor. Believe or not Glassdoor will remove your review if the company report that has false or irrelevant. Please don't go with Glassdoor reviews. About appraisal.. you will get a good pay if you are favourite to manager or if you are from mindtree Blame games. People who really do hardwork they are the ones to be kicked out.
