Company is on a downward spiral a lot of genuinely good developers a leaving for better jobs.There aren't any good projects to work on , the one which are there are legacy codebases which are in support and maintenance phase, these projects are traps and drain all your existing knowledge of development and make you domain knowledgeable but your skills will reduce linearly by time as you won't be working on new stuff or developing anything, you either be debugging or fixing bugs in extremely badly written codebase.Compenasation was the only perk in this company which has reduced to Wipro and Infosys level a mere token based increments are dolled out the management is sucking the blood out of company which started with a good base is now a third grade service company with underpayed and unhappy employees.Time has come for the company to change its name I am yet to find anyone in the company who is happy with his role....Read More
