The only thing I like is unlike my project, other projects have a very good flexibility for the employees. They only have to do 4 hours of work on working days. Whereas my project needs me to login at 11:30 and logout at 9:30 PM.

Dislikes

what I don't like about this company is that there is no scope for the role change. I wanted to be a developer as I have a very good knowledge in that domain, but due to the company requirements, they gave me the role of tester, which honestly I don't like.

This is only for Pimcore department, HR favours some people , no good salary, you get promotion and awards if you do Bootlickin* only. Worst technology you will learn nothing and you cannot change your tech stack, for that you have to switch company. So if you are getting into Pimcore department just switch the company if you want to grow in career. Other departments are good.

No projects. You will be on bench most of the time and they will ask you to go if you are on bench for more time as they don’t have enough projects. Existing clients are ramping up. Their only work is to acquire companies, get their clients and ruin their existing projects.

When it comes to client location, they treating as a labour, management is not bothering. Peoples are resigning due to this, still management is looking forward to make happy the client. There will be no work life balance for employee.

Lots of politics and favouring. There are ppl who are in the organisation since last ten years and think they own the company!!! No gender diversity, Infact you will face gender discrimination by the technical architect who will try dominating you and shout at you during the calls .No action will be taken .

Very poor work environment and don’t expect that people will help you on work prospective. 3. You are high paid salary then they will try to raise Performance issue means no job security. 4. For freshers, they will never ever provide and training.

100%job security even on bench you get total pay. Work env depends on your manager. For me it was very good. Learning is always the project you get. And, your efforts in any service provider company. After 3yrs. approx people get promoted as module lead from. Senior Very Flexible work timings ✌

-Food can be much much better. Just give different home like simple food thali for state wise people. People will be more happy. I am from other state, so food here makes me malnutritioned if I donk cook myself. -increments are not much every year. But, it's true again in all service organization. -it's very good 5* good to join company. Enjoy.

There is nothing to like about the company. Worst most service based company available in India. Not for anyone who is looking to start their first job.

Worst team to work up, no ethics. No work life balance. Your work will never be noticed as you will always be working on ur seniors responsibility and that senior will be taking up all the credit for ur work. Too much politica, worst setup to work. No schedule work time, ready to slog all night and weekends.
