For the initial one month the company is good in terms of learning but after that they treat you just like animal.

Dislikes

1. No holiday at all (including Sunday plus public holidays) If you did it then your salary will get deducted. 2. No respect for women. Treating man and woman in same manner. 3. Be ready to hear abusive words as a daily morning routine either you are engineer or workers. 4. No overtime concept. It is a great opportunity to work with Hamour if you are fresher or if you seriously want to upgrade your skills. if you have any idea or concept and want to work on it, then they will encourage and help you with everything.

Dislikes

They are a 2018 startup and there dreams is to work for the Nation and sustainable development. Therefore they offer very less pay and also the workplace is not comfortable for everyone.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
