Partiality and language bias and no proper Hr maintainance,even if a practice manager gives wrong feed back on a employee the Hr has to do enquiry with project managers that employee had worked but here not like that simply they believe the words of manager

Salary structure is shady, includes the insurance and gratuity in component. Very bad managers especially in SAP technical. Except your immediate seniors, nobody will help/guide you for future. Very hurting policies and they change frequently for the worst. Heavy pressure and lack of new technologies. Micromanaging managers and also get into personal life.
