No one likes anything here. Just sake of survival, people are working here.

Dislikes

(1) you will be shocked to see the salary variations when compared to your offer letter breakup structure. Self-insurance, Parents, dependent insurance, National Pension scheme, term insurance premium, PF, prof tax, Labour welfare fund, and others are deducted from your salary only. Finally, at the end of the year, you will see a 70k to 2,00,000Lakhs difference when compared to your offer letter. Everything is based on your basic salary. if you take leave, your Basic salary is deducted so all others are decreased likewise. (2) HR people think they are so clever, they actually id*ots. (3) employees work like donkies, think that they are so Loyal to the company, but poor people do not understand the cruelty of HR. some people are pillars who are stuck in the company destroying the company values. (4) sometimes you will be given 3-6 projects, and they say that they will pay an overtime bonus at the end of the year, but if you take leaves that overtime bonus is made equal to the normal working hours, and you get nothing after working day and night. (5) you are forced to work from office. (6) UK , US project people are forced to work in office for 4 hours plus 8 hours night shift. (7) no gym, games to play(since people are playing caroms, they removed to save employee time) foolish HR's. (8) you will loose your self respect here. (9) Above all you will get variable pay only if you have projects(I know people who worked for projects but never got variable pay, so sad). (10) 40% are kanada, 40% odiya, 20% are others. (11) you will get job, appraisal, job security if you are odiya. (12) overall rating is Negative. Believe me or its a hell if you work here. Working hours are comfortable since we work from clients office. So it depends on client. But at clients you will be a contractor and treated as a second class citizen

Personally I didn't find anything interesting about except demotivate and losing my productivity but for sure there's no growth for employees. If u can't rely on my words then pls join and after sometime you'll give a thumps up on my review.......by saying ur right

Wanna ruin ur career then join gyansys I would not prefer for freshers as well as experience. And moreover do go by see the PKG for example they'll say 8.5lpa but end up around 5.5-6lap😂😂 this's hilarious happened with one of colleagues.

Pros : Receive timely salary, that's the only positive situation you will have in this company but that also not as per offer letter

Cons : There are so much list but mentioning few only 1. Sr Management of the company has whimsical sense of humor.Volatile decision making, which changes every week based on their judgement. Can make or break your career within a day. 2. They don't give exact salary. At the time of Joining in Offer letter Mentiones 4.5 Lpa but they don't give that much they give only 3.44 lakh rest of the amount they will deduct with unnecessary reason. 3. They are happy to screw the employee career 4. Hire in bulk for doing research on high end niche market report. Provide no proper training after joining. Mass hiring are done in just 4 to 5 months and then fire them from company by unncessary reason. 5. Complete family run busines sAnd they havent fire the employee who are from there region/state. They havent fire till now any single employee from there region. 6. Manager dont have any idea about what is going on to the team. From my team we dont have project and manager is also not doing anything from past 10 months she just saying that will be put on project but that day never comes.She was just doing timepass activity from us and saying that you will learn lot of things from here. Depends on the team and your mentor. You can land up to good opportunities. Onsites are far easier to get for senior employees compared to other organizations since they are expanding across continents

Worst Management Will never go for salary correction and will keep you underpaid as much as they can If you are a fresher please refrain from joining and signing any bonds. You will not learn any process as a software engineer if you are working in in house projects. Avoid being manipulated by any of the hrs. Feel free to avoid this entire review and you will come to the same realization.

Nothing much really. Good to start your career with but they have a bond. Also, if you're lucky enough you'll get a good project where you can enhance your knowledge.

Salary is below par the market. They put you in a 3 years bond if you join as a fresher. Management is decent.
