There's a great learning curve with the company. Being an interior designing company, the company has a small IT team consisting of 8-10 people. So one has to handle projects in different technologies and keep on updating their skills.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

There's no work-life balance at all. There will be days when you will be working till late hours. The HR gives false promises in terms of appraisals at the time of joining which are never fulfilled. They hire people on probation period with a low salary and promise to increase after completing probation which never happens.
