There is no work life balance. Toxic culture Finance team is one the worst team to work with. Puneet Bansal director of finance team thinks people are slave. He does not have any ethics values. The work life balance is there which helps us to manage multiple things at times. I really like the vision of leadership towards excellence and very supportive.

Dislikes

There is lack in communication and transperacy which has an impact on productivity and efficiency. Micromanagment is being done within the team which creates conflicts between team member. Frequent change in process guidelines as decison makers do not have clarity about the work needs to be done.

No work life balance, worst management. There is no agile process being followed. Lot of Work pressure, no skilled resources, projects are very less and most of them are support projects.
