i'm noit in favor of 4 day WFO policy, especially when managers still except 24/7 availabilty. the salary increases seem to be capped at 1-3 lakhs, rather than percentge-based. Which mainly benefits only freshers over experienced employees. It's crucial to hire the right people with proper vetting.

HR people are good for nothing here. If you complain against someone, these hrs ask the same person " hey we got complain against you and please let us know what should we do" :D
