Positive energy Good HR, Admin, Finance teams Few practice leaders are great, lot to learn from them. Multiple office locations within Delhi/NCR and in other locations in India. Lot of cultural activities, events, outings.

Dislikes

Salary & Benefits. Promotions On-site opportunities 5 days work from office, can be reduced to 3. Office lunch/snacks can be implemented to all the office locations.

GSPANN gives equal opportunity to everyone and having very transparent process. Also organization gives a ample space to maintain wok life balance and never believe in Micromanagement.

Nothing so far, may be some other benefits like 24*7 Canteen and cab facilities could provided.

Nothing to like about this organization. It was my worst decision to join this organization.

There is no work life balance. Toxic culture Finance team is one the worst team to work with. Puneet Bansal director of finance team thinks people are slave. He does not have any ethics values. He behave like hitler. Many written complaints are registered against him but nobody bothered in Management. He always pass very loose comments.

The recognition employees receive and the abilty to to communicate openly with top leadership, where even the most junior staff are heard, are standout features. While HR policies could be enhanced, Gspann boasts a team of heighly skilled employees, managers, and Directors. i'm noit in favor of 4 day WFO policy, especially when managers still except 24/7 availabilty. the salary increases seem to be capped at 1-3 lakhs, rather than percentge-based. Which mainly benefits only freshers over experienced employees. It's crucial to hire the right people with proper vetting.
