Overall experience had been terrible since the start in March, 2020. No processes, and infact micromanaged. Small thoughts which never allowed them to trust employees and overburden interns instead of hiring good resources. During my tenure of 7 months we started well, however the leadership is extremely poor between the partners and could hear screaming them at each other. Disagreements can be discussed and resolved wihout screaming is my point here. Salary always used to be credited post 10th of th month as opposed to Employee Labour Standards. Hire and Fire is the way! Normally Monday - Saturday soon becomes 24*7
